Yet, in reality, <mark style=\"background-color:#ff0000\" class=\"has-inline-color has-white-color\">we remain stuck in processes from another era.<\/mark> <\/p>\n\n<p>What if we stopped fantasizing about the future and focused on what really matters?  <\/p>\n\n<p>Spoiler: it&#8217;s not the tool itself that makes the difference, but how you use it.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"modern-paradoxes-more-connected-than-ever-but-also-more-alone\"><\/span><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#fd0000\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Modern paradoxes: more connected than ever, but also more alone<\/mark><\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p>We are supposed to live in <mark style=\"background-color:#ff0000\" class=\"has-inline-color has-white-color\">the digital age.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n<p>AIs that write comprehensive reports in three clicks, virtual assistants that organize our days&#8230;<\/p>\n\n<p>And yet, the Leaders have never had their heads so underwater.  <\/p>\n\n<p>The <strong>mental load explodes,<\/strong> priorities are jostled and, in the end, strategic decisions remain the old-fashioned way: <strong>solo.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Being hyper-connected doesn&#8217;t mean being well surrounded.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Sometimes you need a <strong>fresh, expert perspective<\/strong> to move things forward \u2013 someone who isn&#8217;t stuck in the mold, but who can make an accurate diagnosis and act quickly.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"real-progress-people-first\"><\/span><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#ff0000\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Real progress: people first<\/mark><\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p>Innovation isn&#8217;t just about algorithms or the latest gadgets. True progress is having the courage to tap into what&#8217;s most precious: <mark style=\"background-color:#ff0000\" class=\"has-inline-color has-white-color\">human expertise.<\/mark> <\/p>\n\n<p>This involves premium interim management \u2013 experts who arrive in commando mode to lead a transformation, get things back on track or drive new momentum.<\/p>\n\n<p>Not a superficial revolution, but a real, profound change.
