It&#8217;s time to give meaning back to the agenda. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Establish a culture of disconnection<\/strong> : after 8 p.m., the only thing that deserves a notification is the end of the episode.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>These simple actions can prevent a lot of drama\u2026 and keep your leaders alive.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"interim-management-the-little-known-antidote\"><\/span>Interim management: the little-known antidote<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p>What if you couldn&#8217;t manage everything in-house?<\/p>\n\n<p>Interim management is a bit like calling on a passing hero:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>He <strong>takes over critical projects<\/strong> , giving your teams time to breathe.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>He <strong>replaces a manager who is at the end of his tether<\/strong> , giving him a (saving) break without bringing down the organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Not an HR gimmick, but a real lifeline in times of storm.
