Thus, he will make himself understood more quickly and make his expertise known to his collaborators.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2-%e2%80%93-responsiveness-and-adaptability\"><\/span>2 &#8211; Responsiveness and adaptability<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p>A transition mission is always triggered by <strong>a problem to which the manager must respond<\/strong> . In collaboration with the team present at his client&#8217;s premises, he must <strong>be operational immediately and provide a relevant perspective and solutions<\/strong> .<br\/> One of the first tasks a manager must perform is to identify, understand, and master the company&#8217;s processes. <strong>By quickly mastering information and validation circuits and having an overview, they become responsive and adapt their responses to the customer,<\/strong> knowing the issues and who to contact.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3-%e2%80%93-resistance-and-objectivity\"><\/span>3 &#8211; Resistance and objectivity<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p>One of the most important elements for an interim manager is to <strong>remain calm and in control<\/strong> even in emergency and\/or difficult situations. He has critical responsibilities in the company where he is on assignment.<br\/> He knows how to cope with the sometimes complex context in front of him and shows himself <strong>resistant to pressure so as not to lose sight of the objectives<\/strong> that have been submitted to him. <strong>His neutrality and objectivity must allow him to be able to respond to any situation in a clear and structured way<\/strong> .<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"4-%e2%80%93-listen\"><\/span>4 &#8211; Listen<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p>Transition assignments are not intended to last longer than 12 months. As a result, the manager has little time to immerse himself in the company culture and must therefore <strong>ensure that he listens attentively to these different interlocutors<\/strong> .<br\/> The ability to listen is to resonate with others. The manager must <strong>know how to listen without being overwhelmed or falling into indifference<\/strong> : he must find the right balance to ensure the success of the transition project.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"5-%e2%80%93-open-mindedness\"><\/span>5 &#8211; Open-mindedness<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p>A manager&#8217;s open-mindedness is <strong>directly linked to his ability to listen<\/strong> . Indeed, it is essential to know how to listen to your interlocutors, <strong>to hear their fears, their expectations and especially their vision of the manager&#8217;s scope of intervention<\/strong> .
